ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION PLAN

Background

The formal line of communication and authority within the Division must be clearly established and communicated to all parties concerned.

Procedure

The Superintendent, as Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the development and functioning of an appropriate administrative structure within the budget guidelines established by the Board.
